Phase 2 of a ongoing development – Yarrow was called back after already completing a home improvement project previously in the year. Phase 2 including – Building a new garage – sheltered bbq area – flagging – landscaped customers back garden to clients design featuring beautiful bespoke hardwood facia boards to clients design.

Wrap-around single storey extension, providing customer with 3 new rooms and a new bathroom. Build and interior, under floor heating – electric Velux windows – 3 section bi-fold aluminium door , fully floor tiled throughout!

South Ribble Council grant – to complete a new rear extension to accommodate a disabled shower area.

Yarrow was asked to undertake a second story side extension:

Due to the nature of the work Yarrow provided a fully tempted roof to protect downstairs living area whilst the build of the second floor extension commenced. With the front part being a dormer – K Render to side and rear in (light grey) – Installation of new singe ply Sarnafil flat roof system. Extension to form 4 new rooms including a walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, main bathroom, spacious office and various storage rooms to maximise clients space.

Remote control showers fitted with a soft stone shower tray, wet room with aqua boarding.

Yarrow was asked to construct a rear extension, to provide a new living room and more space. Complete with a installation of a impressive 1.5m x 4m sky lantern centre piece. Sarnafil flat roofing system built ensuring there was ample fall. Interior: Tiled floor and decorate.

Yarrow was asked to under take full refurbishment of the toilets, kitchen and form a new disabled toilet.

Alder close Leyland, yarrow was asked to build a double storey side extension, giving the customers two extra bedrooms for there children, a large living room. We was then asked to landscape the back garden which entailed new flagging, new artifical grass.

Cophurst Lane, demolition existing cottage and rebuild a new larger house with timber windows, fascias, Welsh reclaimed slates, new underfloor heating system, new en suite bathroom, family bathroom, open plan kitchen and living area, aluminium bifolding doors.
Strip old slate roof, install new breathable felt and treated baton. Install new lead to valleys and flashing to chimneys.
Glebe ave, new build 1 bed annex all completely self contained, with gas, electricity, water. Wetroom, new howdens kitchen, new decking and balustrades.
Park road. New single storey rear extension with bi folding doors, 2 x velux windows, vaulted ceiling, open plan kitchen/living room.
